The following pictures are of Unit 3103 which is a ground floor condo, has a guest room with two twin beds, a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a lounge with sleeper sofa, three TVs, two VCRs, DVD player, fully stocked kitchen, two bath rooms, and dining room with breakfast bar. Both the lounge and master bed room have sliding glass windows that access a patio with palm trees in front with a minute's walk to the Maravilla private beach. It is a non smoking unit and is pet friendly and kid friendly too. Also included is FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET access so you can surf the net or read your Email. A Security /Reservation Deposit of $300/$400 (with pets) is required and due upon booking a reservation. This deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure of rental unit, providing there is No Smoking or Damage and/or Theft (These rules are most definitely enforced resulting in forfeiture of deposits) and all policies and conditions are followed. Rate does include 11.5% tax and $65.00 cleaning fee. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be made by personal check. CANCELLATION POLICY
Three day or weekly reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or the $300/$400 deposit will be forfeited. Monthly reservations must be cancelled 90 days prior to arrival or the $300/$400 deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $35. processing fee. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit. No refund for early departure or late cancellations. The rate information provided, though deeded accurate, is not guaranteed, it is subject to errors, omissions, change of rates, or with drawl without notice- Please call for current rates. We are family oriented, and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under age 25).
