Worshipful Charles Norman was Raised May 7, 1993 in Santa Rosa Lodge #16 and was Elected to Worshipful Master in 1997. He has served as Chairman for the following District 1 committees:

2002 Zone 1 Chairman for Workshop for Lodge Officers
Worshipful Norman has served as Treasurer of Santa Rosa Lodge #16 since 2005. He is also a member of Milton Chapter 189 and a Past Patron in 1998 in the Order of Eastern Star.
Served as a Weather Officer in the USAF for 27 years; Retired as a Lt Col in 1990. Served the State of Florida as an Environmental Specialist in Air Resources Management for 16 years and Retired in 2007. Married to the former Maurine Kendrick of Sumter, SC.
